AR-10 Zero™ Trigger – Flat

COMPATIBILITY INFORMATION:
Blackout Dynamics triggers are engineered around original mil-spec AR-10 operating geometry. Platforms using proprietary bolt carrier groups (BCGs) may not be compatible. The use of non-standard BCGs may result in damage to the trigger and void the warranty.
Not compatible: AR-15s, 9mm PCCs, 9mm PCC conversion devices, and FM Gen 2 uppers.
Compatible: Any mil-spec BCG, skeletonized BCGs, most proprietary buffers that function with standard BCGs (e.g., JP Enterprises Silent Capture Spring, LAW Tactical Folder)

The AR-10 compatible Zero trigger features a powerful 17-7 stainless steel hammer spring and heavy S7 hammer. This change ensures increased reliability across multiple variations of .308 and 7.62×51 NATO cartridges available.

The short 2mm reset makes the Zero trigger one of the fastest on the market.  The reset is also positive, which facilitates even faster shooting during training or competition.  The trigger, hammer, and disconnector are EDM cut and then polished with brass wire to a micron finish in all critical contact areas for a friction-less engagement. The pull-weight and disconnector set screws are also welded after loctite for safety and a lifetime of use.

Zero™ AR-10 triggers are available in a pull weight of 4.0 lbs and Black Nitride finish. Black Nitride is a heat treatment process that enhances corrosion resistance, improves lubricity, and leaves a fine black finish on the surface of the metal.

In short, all of the features of the Zero™ trigger are designed to offer a shooting experience that is exceptionally smooth, crisp, and fast.

* ANTI-WALK TRIGGER PINS ARE INCLUDED

*0.1540 inch diameter trigger pins are required. Undersized and out-of-spec trigger pins will cause the trigger to malfunction.

* Primary tension screw: Tighten to 8in-lbs (no Loctite)

* Secondary tension screws: Tighten to 14in-lbs (add blue Loctite)
